Chocolate mousse: Easy, speedy chocolate mousse.

I spent most of my time watching Anime lately, well, a lot of new summer Anime will be on air this month so I have to prepare myself, haha.

One of the thing that I have to prepare is dessert, it's good to have something ready to eat in the fridge, and it's better if it's very easy to make.
This chocolate mousse is very, very easy to make. No gelatine or whipping cream needed, only chocolate, egg and sugar. You can make it in less than 30 minutes, then refrigerate it for up to 3 days, ^^, and enjoy having delicious mousse at anytime that you want. I put mine in a small jar, so the mousse will stay moist all the time.
Because it's your mousse, you can make it the way you want, go for high percentage of chocolate if you're chocoholic, use less sugar if you're not sweet-tooth add other kind of liquor or omit it, you can play with it in the way you want. And it's good for a party too because you can make it ahead of time. Now the only thing that you need to do is going into the kitchen and making a batch of this delicious mousse, and you will be happy to have it in your fridge!

 Set aside while making meringue.

Beat the egg whites until foamy, add the icing sugar and whip until firm peaks formed.

Fold the chocolate mixture into the meringue in 2-3 additions.

 The mixture will be smooth.
